It is essential to arrive in Cusco at least 1 to 2 days before the tour to allow your body to acclimate to the altitude. This will reduce the risk of discomfort and enhance your experience during the hike to Rainbow Mountain.
It is recommended to wear warm clothing, as temperatures can be cold, especially in the mornings. Additionally, it is suggested to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, gloves, a hat, and enough water, as the hike takes place at high altitude.
The hike to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) is approximately 4 km with a gradual ascent. While not extremely difficult, the physical effort can be significant due to the altitude. It is recommended to maintain a moderate pace, take frequent breaks, and listen to your body.
The high altitude can cause dehydration more quickly than usual, so it is essential to bring enough water and drink it regularly to prevent any altitude-related discomfort.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
