Additional Information

To enter the archaeological sites of Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo, and Pisac, it is necessary to purchase the Tourist Ticket. It is recommended to carry cash, as some ticket offices do not accept cards.
The tour passes through different altitudes and climates, from temperate areas to colder zones in the morning. It is recommended to wear comfortable layered clothing, a windbreaker jacket, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.
There will be a stop in Urubamba for lunch. Typically, a buffet with local and international options is offered. If you wish to include the buffet lunch in your tour, you can request it in advance to arrange it.
It is not necessary to be in great physical shape, but keep in mind that some walks include uphill paths and stairs. The key is to take it easy, walk at your own pace, and use breaks to enjoy the scenery.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
