Additional Information

The weather in Paracas and Ica is warm and dry, so it’s recommended to wear light clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. For the Nazca overflight, a light jacket is recommended, as it can get chilly in the morning.
High temperatures and dry weather can cause dehydration, so it’s a good idea to carry a reusable water bottle. You can also pack light snacks like nuts or energy bars for long journeys.
On tours, it’s best to carry only the essentials (cash, ID, and a secure camera or cell phone). A small backpack with a secure closure is recommended.
The Nazca overflight involves sudden movements and turns to observe the lines. If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to take a motion sickness pill at least 30 minutes before the flight and avoid overeating before boarding.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.

What To Expect

Day 1: Paracas and Huacachina

Pickup at 4:00 a.m. from your hotel in Lima (Miraflores or San Isidro) to begin your tour of the South Coast.
Transfer to Paracas to board a boat to the Ballestas Islands.
Boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, with observation of marine fauna such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and guano birds.
Panoramic view of the Candelabro geoglyph, engraved on the slopes of the Paracas Desert.
Continue the trip to Ica by road, enjoying the coastal desert landscape.
Tour of the main attractions of the city of Ica.
Visit a local winery to learn about the pisco and winemaking process.
Pisco and artisanal wine tasting, accompanied by a typical regional lunch.
Transfer to Huacachina Lagoon for desert activities.
Dune buggy ride and sandboarding.
Transfer to a hotel in Ica at the end of the day at 10:00 (accommodation is not included in the tour).

Day 2: Canyon of the Lost

Morning departure from your hotel in Ica to the Ocucaje Desert.
Travel by all-terrain vehicle to the Canyon of the Lost, crossing arid landscapes and unique rock formations.
Guided hike through the Canyon of the Lost, exploring its impressive geological formations.
Observation of local wildlife such as vultures, lizards, and other desert species.
Time for photography and free exploration under supervision.
Return to Ica in the afternoon.
Arrive at your hotel in Ica at the end of the tour (accommodation in Ica or Huacachina is not included).

Day 3: Full-day overflight of the Nazca Lines - Return to Lima

Early morning departure from Ica to Nazca.
Arrival at the Nazca airfield and preparation for the flyover.
Airplane flyover over the enigmatic Nazca Lines, with panoramic views of figures such as the hummingbird, the monkey, the astronaut, and others.
Free time for a brief rest after the flight.
Guided visit to the Chauchilla cemetery, famous for preserving pre-Columbian mummies.
Return to Nazca and free time for lunch (lunch not included).
Bus return to Lima in the afternoon.
Arrival in Lima at night, end of the tour.

Is it safe to fly over the Nazca Lines?
Yes, flying over the Nazca Lines is safe. It is carried out in certified aircraft with experienced pilots. Furthermore, all aircraft undergo strict safety controls. It is advisable to avoid heavy meals before the flight if you are prone to motion sickness.
What kind of clothing and footwear should I bring for the tour?
Light, comfortable clothing is recommended for the day, as the desert climate is hot. It's also important to bring a light jacket for morning and evening. For Canyon of the Lost, sturdy walking shoes are recommended for hiking over uneven terrain.
