The weather in Paracas, Ica, and Nazca is mostly warm and sunny, so it’s recommended to wear light clothing, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. However, mornings in Paracas can be cool, so it’s advisable to bring a light jacket.
The Nazca Lines overflight is subject to weather conditions, as visibility must be optimal for a successful experience. In case of delays or rescheduling, the team will assist with reorganizing the itinerary.
The dune buggy tour of Huacachina is an exciting activity, but it involves sudden movements, so it is not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant women, or very young children.
It’s important to carry cash, as some places, especially in Nazca and Huacachina, may not accept card payments. Additionally, tips for guides and drivers are voluntary but always appreciated.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.

What To Expect

Day 1: Paracas and Huacachina

Pickup at 4:00 a.m. from your hotel in Lima (Miraflores or San Isidro) to begin your tour of the South Coast.
Transfer to Paracas to board a boat to the Ballestas Islands.
Boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, with observation of marine fauna such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and guano birds.
Panoramic view of the Candelabro geoglyph, engraved on the slopes of the Paracas Desert.
Continue the trip to Ica by road, enjoying the coastal desert landscape.
Tour of the main attractions of the city of Ica.
Visit a local winery to learn about the pisco and winemaking process.
Pisco and artisanal wine tasting, accompanied by a typical regional lunch.
Transfer to Huacachina Lagoon for desert activities.
Dune buggy ride and sandboarding.
Transfer to a hotel in Ica at the end of the day (accommodation is not included in the tour).

Day 2: Nazca Lines Overflight - Return to Lima

The tour begins between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. with hotel pickup in Ica.
Travel to the city of Nazca, enjoying views of the desert landscape en route.
Arrive at the airfield and prepare for the flyover.
Fly over by small plane to observe the enigmatic Nazca Lines, including figures such as the hummingbird, the monkey, the astronaut, and more.
Lunch at a local restaurant in Nazca (included or recommended option, depending on the tour).
Visit to the Chauchilla Cemetery, where pre-Columbian mummies from the Nazca culture are preserved in their original context.
Time to explore the archaeological site with a guide.
Return to Lima by bus in the afternoon.
Arrive in Lima at night and end of the tour.
