Additional Information
- The weather in Paracas and Ica is warm and dry, so it is recommended to wear light clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. A light jacket is suggested, as it can get chilly in the morning.
- High temperatures and dry weather can cause dehydration, so it’s a good idea to carry a reusable water bottle. You can also pack light snacks like nuts or energy bars for long journeys.
- On tours, it’s best to carry only the essentials (cash, ID, and a secure camera or cell phone). A small backpack with a secure closure is recommended.
- No experience is necessary to try sandboarding in Huacachina. It’s an activity suitable for everyone, and guides will provide basic instructions for safe sandboarding. If you prefer, you can also descend lying down on the board instead of standing up.
Cancellation Policies
- If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
- In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
- If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
- By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
