- Desert activities, such as dune buggy riding and sandboarding, can be exciting but also intense. It’s important to hold on tight during the tour and follow the guide’s instructions to avoid accidents.
- Due to the high temperatures and dry climate, it’s essential to stay hydrated. It’s recommended to bring a reusable water bottle. It’s also a good idea to bring light snacks like fruit, energy bars, or nuts for long journeys.
- It’s recommended to carry cash in Peruvian soles for personal purchases, souvenirs, or tips. It’s also important to carry an ID or passport, as they may ask for it at certain points along the route.
Cancellation Policies
- If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
- In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
- If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
- By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
