Additional Information
- The hike to Pallay Punchu Mountain takes place at high altitude, so it is recommended to be well acclimated before the excursion. It is suggested to spend at least a couple of days in Cusco before the tour and to avoid strenuous activities the day prior.
- The weather along the route is variable, with cold mornings and milder temperatures during the day. It is recommended to wear warm clothing, a waterproof jacket in case of rain, gloves, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
- It is important to bring water, energy snacks, and small-denomination cash for additional purchases or restroom use. A small backpack is also recommended for convenience.
- Due to the high altitude and physical effort during the hike, it is essential to stay well hydrated. It is recommended to bring at least 1 liter of water per person and sip small amounts throughout the journey to help prevent altitude sickness.
Cancellation Policies
- If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
- In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
- If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling
- By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
