Additional Information

Lima has a temperate and humid climate, so it’s recommended to wear light, comfortable clothing. In winter (May-September), it can get chilly in the evenings, so it’s advisable to bring a jacket.
Pickup from hotels in Miraflores or San Isidro will be between 2:30 and 3:00 PM. Lima is a city with heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, which may cause slight delays in pickup. Passengers are advised to be ready in their hotel lobby.
The tour includes admission to the Convent of San Francisco and the Magic Water Circuit, so there’s no need to purchase additional tickets.
Food and drinks are not included during the tour, so if you’d like to enjoy a typical Peruvian dish or refresh yourself with a drink, you’ll have to cover these expenses yourself. Additionally, you’ll find local craft shops along the way, perfect for bringing home a special gift.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
