Additional Information

It is recommended to wear comfortable and warm clothing, use sunscreen and sunglasses, and wear appropriate footwear for walking on uneven and slippery terrain near Colca Canyon.
The Colca Canyon tour takes place at high altitude (3,200 m / 10,500 ft), so it is recommended to prepare for the cold and take precautions against altitude sickness.
If you enjoy photography, bring a good-quality camera to capture the canyon’s stunning landscapes. It is also recommended to bring binoculars to observe the Andean condors in flight.
Although the tour includes breakfast and lunch, it is recommended to bring water and a light snack to stay hydrated and energized.

Cancellation Policies

If the passenger cancels their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour incur a 100% penalty, with no refund.
In case of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible in rescheduling the visit to the most convenient date for the passenger, subject to availability.
If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and meeting point, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
By booking the tour, the passenger agrees to all the cancellation policies and terms mentioned, without exceptions.
