09:00 - 11:30am : Meeting at Plaza San Francisco Barranco - Coffee and Chocolate Tasting
Our famous adventure and tasting of Peruvian dishes begins at the meeting point of the San Francisco square in Barranco, there we will go to the Cafeteria Cipresso to taste Los Cafes and Las Empanadas de Aji de Gallina and Empanada de Rocoto Relleno, then we will go to know a little more about the biodiversity of Peruvian culinary cuisine, there we will also have a tasting of the delicious chocolates of the area.
11:30 - 14:30 : Bridge of Sighs - Republic of Pisco - Tasting of Peruvian Dishes - Handmade Ice Cream
After tasting the delicious chocolates of the area, we will go to the Bridge of Sighs where we will be touring and visiting the landscape of the Peruvian Coast, Lima, we will go to the Restaurant La Republica del Pisco where we will taste the most enigmatic dishes such as Ceviche, Causa Rellena, and the delicious Chica Morada, the Causa Rellena and the delicious Chica Morada, then we will finish tasting an elixir and concoction like the Pisco Sour, and finally, we will go to taste the handmade ice creams of the area.
