Our adventure begins very early at 5:30 am with our guide who will pick us up from the hotel and then transport us around 1 hour and 30 minutes to the South of Cusco, exactly to the community of Colca, where a delicious buffet breakfast awaits us. . At this point we will spend around 30 minutes, we can also take the opportunity to make last minute purchases such as gloves, caps, chocolates, sweets, sunscreen, which are necessary for this tour.

After our delicious breakfast we will transport ourselves around 2 hours to the Palccoyo base camp, and on the way we will visit the 3 Bridges of Checacupe, (Inca, Colonial and Republican Bridge) we will also have the opportunity to know this beautiful Colonial town and its well-known Church and learn from the experiences of its inhabitants. During the journey from Checacupe to Palccoyo we will be able to observe beautiful landscapes such as gigantic mountains, glaciers, colorful valleys with llamas and alpacas around. We will also have contact with the people of the communities and learn about their lifestyle and culture.

As soon as we arrive at the Palccoyo base camp, we will receive a brief explanation and recommendations from our guide and we will begin the walk that lasts approximately 45 minutes (each section). During this tour we will be able to visualize beautiful colorful landscapes and we will pass through different viewpoints until we reach the main one to be able to observe the 3 Mountains of Colors of Palccoyo, likewise we will be able to observe the imposing Ausangate (The highest mountain in Cusco, 6380msnm). At this point we will take a break to consume our snacks while we listen to the explanation of our guide.
After the break, we will have free time to explore the place on our own and take the best photos. To then continue our walk to the Palccoyo Stone Forest where we will reach 5000 meters above sea level at the highest point.

After visiting the Rainbow Mountain of Palccoyo and the Stone Forest, we will descend for about 30 minutes to the parking lot to take our transportation and return to the same restaurant (Colca Restaurant), where we will taste a delicious lunch. After that, we will return to Cusco for 2 hours, arriving at Plaza Regocijo where the tour ends around 5:00 p.m.
