The Operator reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any trip in the event that weather or other circumstances require it. Once the trek has departed Cusco, no part of the package payment is refundable in the event that an individual or group is unable to continue with the trip, for any reason. If the trip is cancelled prior to departure from Cusco, due to weather or any other circumstance, the client will receive a full refund via the same method paid. If the operator cancels the tour due to forces of nature or any other reason after the tour has left Cusco, no refunds will be sent. Clients assume full responsibility knowing that the operator cannot control the weather and there is always the possibility of trekking in rain, wind, snow or fog. Conditions may change at any time without notice. If the operator needs to cancel the tour mid-hike, no refunds will be provided.
While we try to meet most of the special dietary requirements notified, we work in an extremely isolated environment and this is not always possible. We must be informed of any dietary requirements prior to any trek or we may not be able to meet this need. If you have any life-threatening food allergies, you must carry appropriate medical equipment in case of a contamination reaction.
Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a booking confirmation that will include important details about what to expect, what you need to bring, what is provided, and where you need to be at what time. Be sure to read this information carefully to ensure you are adequately prepared for your hike. You are responsible for making sure you are dressed appropriately and have the right footwear to undertake the hike.

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to customers. Any booking you make will be subject to the Terms and Conditions that apply at the time the booking is made and you are advised to read all Terms and Conditions carefully on each occasion before making a booking.
